I understand that your computer is stuck in a black screen while installing windows 10.

To assist you better, please answer the following questions:

1. How did you install Windows 10? Installation media or through 'get windows 10' app?

2. Did you have a previous genuine operating system?

If your previous operating system is genuine, you can create Windows 10 installation media in a USB flash drive and upgrade to Windows 10. However, if you would like to install Windows 8 through the USB flash drive, you can definitely go ahead and initiate the installation.

You can refer to the steps below for to either upgrade to Windows 10 or install Windows 8.

1. Connect the USB flash drive to the computer and boot the computer.

2. When the computer boots, you will need to go to the boot options. Please contact the computer manufacturer for steps to go to boot options.

3. Once you are in the boot option, choose USB/Removable disk as the primary boot device and
press enter.

4. Select your language and keyboard settings

5. Click 'Install now' and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: 1. Enter the product key when prompted. For windows 10, you can click on 'skip' if the previous operating system was genuine.

2. To upgrade to Windows 10, select 'Upgrade this PC now' when prompted.

I have a black screen now when I launch the windows 10 partition with bootcamp , it's new , because I was able before to see and work on my windows partition . Not anymore.
