Parallels For Mac Linux

Information

This page has instructions on installing Linux Mint on your Mac for the first time to use with Parallels Desktop.

Parallels For Mac Linux

I am running Ubuntu Linux 14.04 via Parallels (10.1.4) in Mac OS X 10.10.2 on a MacBook Pro. Today I received update notifications for Ubuntu (first) and then Parallels and stupidly installed them (I never learn; I have problems every time). Parallels 11 is a polished virtualisation solution that allows Mac users to switch easily between OS X and Windows apps, regardless of which operating system they were written for.
